Many thanks for your help for the Ducted system. It is an absolute wonderful system. The Installer has done the electrical and gas work and checked it over. He took $400. I asked him if he were to install this system what it would cost, the cost would have been about $8000.00. All in all it cost us just over $5000.00. So we are extreemly happy with the kit and will recomend you to anyone who asks. I believe this has saved me around $3000.00 on this system.
I did ask you alot of questions and they were all answered quite well and i thank you for that. I am extreemly impressed with your service and that it is possible to do a $5000.00 transaction with you without visiting your showroom. All done via your website, fax, email and phone. Well done!!

I confess, that originally
when I began looking for a suitable air conditioner for my home
I visited my local specialist air conditioning dealer who is one
of the largest in Melbourne and just around the corner from my
home. They have a reputation as having the largest range, best
service and lowest prices anywhere.
I imagined that being so
close to my home and with such a large range they could offer
me the best service, price and choice for my money. However, after
telephoning them with my initial enquiry and after many frustrating
unreturned phone calls later, as a last resort I then tried making
a trip into their showroom only to be greeted with slow, poor
and rude service.
After this disappointing
experience I turned to the NET for my research on the best air
conditioners and found your web site. When I called, I was provided
with detailed information about the best system for my needs and
all of my questions were answered by a person with extensive practical
product knowledge.
I was at first a bit hesitant
to purchase an item like this from a company so far away and in
another state to me, but I decided to give it a go because of
your excellent follow up response on customer enquiries. No problem
was to big and you always made sure everything was taken care

After receiving my new

Just a quick few words to say thanks for the service ( and price ) that you gave us when we bought our Fujitsu ducted system.
We had 3 quotes prior to buying from you ( well over $10 000 each ) and ducted was looking pretty pricey, until we discovered your website through a cousin who also bought from you.
We provided a scale drawing of the floorplan of the house with a few details, you provided a quote ( less than half ) and the rest was easy.
Living in Sydney ( and owning a large box trailer ) I opted to pick up the gear which saved yet more money.
I got a friend who knew a bit about it to help me to do all the ducting and outlets, using the duct plan ( made up specifically for my house ) that was included. I then paid a professional to come in do the gas and electrical work to ensure it was done correctly and for warranty reasons.
It took about 10 hours to do all the ducting, outlets, return air grille and fit the indoor unit in the roof space ( one very big day ) and then cost us about $600 for the tradesman to do the last part.
The Fujitsu inverter unit we bought works beautifully and comfortably does the whole house, even though it rarely needs to because we put in zones to operate only the areas we want at the time ( zone motors are cheap and will save you money ).
We are more than happy with the service that you provided ( quick and efficient ), and would happily recommend your company to others, just like our cousins did to us.
