Hello, I put these ideas up here for one reason, and that is to ensure that people are not given poor advice when it comes to air conditioning nd end up choosing the incorrect system for their needs.

The first thing you need to ensure is that you select the corret cooling capacity for your home.

This is critical, because if you make a mistake you cannot just make a simple change, it will cost you a fortune to rectify the situation.

So make sure that anyone who reccomends the air conditioning system to you has done a heatload on your home. That means they have measured your glass, taken into account the construction of your home, and the insulation in your home.

This exercise will take around 40 minutes for the consultant to measure up your ome.
Alternatively you can provide a plan for them and ey should be able to guarantee the temperature you will recieve in your home, because you have a mathematical calculation to determine the ribght size of your home.
