How long have you been in business?

Please show me three written testimonials that are recent with in the last 12 months)

If I have a problem with my ducted air conditioning how long will you take to come and fix it?

What will my maximum waiting period be if it breaksdown?

Now the reason I put that last question in to the mix is during summer even major compnies like Carrier find it difficult to keep up with demand. I have seen issues taking 4 - 6 weeks to resolve.

You want an undertaking that no matter what if your system breaksdown they will attend within 4 working days. This should be the maximum that you should have to wait. And get this in writing.

Finally ,and this is very important. The tradesman must have an ARC Tick license to do work on your air conditioning or you may void your warrnaty. This is so important.
