How do you know that you have selected the best air conditioning for your home.

You have different people giving you all sorts of solutions that it would make any sane person go crazy.
The real secret is to know exactly what the end result is that you want to accomplish.
The questions you need to ask yourself are.
Will the air conditioning work in very cold weather?
Well, in my experience, Daikin are the best systems to use in cold weather.It is very important that whatever the recomended size of your system is I would oversize it by 20%.

Do I want the quietest air conditioning because i live close to others?

I would then reccomend the Toshiba unit. They are generally the quietest systems I have installed.

I want the most energy efficient unit.

Generally I believe the digital scroll systems are the best for energy efficiency in air conditioning because they can slow down to next to nothing., I like Actron and Eclipse for these.

I would like a great reliable airconditioner that is fantastic value for money.

In this case I would reccomend Fujitsu. They are a great system and their backup is quite good as well.

I want to have different temperatures in different rooms.

Well once again Actron Air and Eclipse can give you a different temperature in different rooms and save you on your enrgy bill.

And the most important question is, What temperature do i want my home to be.
The only way to determine the system properly is to do an engineering heatload called an AREEMA heatload. This is the most important part of selecting your system. If your consultant has not measured each piece of glass in your home, checked the aspect of the sun hitting the glass, noted the constructon of the house, seen if your house is on piers, checked if you have insulation and what type of insualtionm and if you have a pitched roof of flat roof then he is not doing his job, and you should not use his services.

If you ask yourself these questions you will end up with a great result.
If you follow these tips you have improved your chances of being happy with the end result dramatically
